Three open wagons are known to have been designated for use with accident trains.

5444. Built as Y wagon. To Port Lincoln 1964. Recorded as condemned 27 Jan 1967 but assigned to accident train for conveying sundry timbers. Painted red to match other accident vehicles. Condemned 21 May 1982.

5938. Built as broad gauge X2383. Converted to narrow gauge as XX5938, to Port Lincoln 1924. Designated for use in accident train (Thevenard) c.1977. Condemned 24 Jan 1985.

5952. Built as broad gauge X2376. Converted to narrow gauge as XX5952, to Port Lincoln 1925. Designated for use in accident train (Port Lincoln) c.1977. Condemned 24 Jan 1985.
