Built for Commonwealth Railways (Central Australia Railway) by Tulloch Ltd. as NGH class. To standard gauge 1980 as AOHY3200-3219 (out of order with narrow gauge numbers). AOHY3210-3219 reverted to narrow gauge and original numbers (NGH1520, 1513, 1529, 1517, 1519, 1530, 1527, 1524, 1528, 1526 respectively), grain proofed and fitted with tarpaulin supports, to Port Lincoln Nov, Dec 1981. AOHY3200-3209 reverted to narrow gauge, renumbered NOH1-10, to Port Lincoln Oct, Nov 1983 (AOHY/NGH numbers not known); previous arrivals at Port Lincoln renumbered NOH11-20 in order of earlier AOHY numbers Nov 1983.

ENOH10 and 16 recoded OHN10 and 16 in Jul 1988, for use on Gladstone-Wilmington line. ENOH3, 8, 13 and 14 returned to standard gauge late 1987, reverted to AOHY class and numbers, then altered to AZOL (same numbers) Jul 1989. ENOH 1, 4-6, 9, 17 and 19 returned to standard gauge late 1987, reverted to AOHY class and numbers. ENOH2, 7, 11, 12, 15, 18 and 20 condemned and scrapped 1993-94.
